Heat Pressing Instructions

100% Cotton and Blends

• Temp. for pressing is 300
• 10 second press time
• Heavy Pressure, Hot Peel or Cold Peel (if peeling hot, let cool 3-5 sec)
• Rub transfer back with rag or Teflon pad to wick out heat    
• Re-press for 3 seconds covering with parchment paper
• Commercial style heat press is highly recommended

100% Polyester or Spandex

• Temp. for pressing is 260
• 10 second press time
• Heavy Pressure, Hot Peel or Cold Peel (if peeling hot, let cool 3-5 sec)
• Rub transfer back with rag or Teflon pad to wick out heat    
• Re-press for 3 seconds covering with parchment paper
• Commercial style heat press is highly recommended
